Shipping Locations & Fulfillment

To ensure the widest selection and best availability, we utilize warehouses in both the US and China.

• For US Customers:
  • Whenever possible, your order will ship directly from our US warehouse for faster delivery.
  • If a product is out of stock in our US warehouse, we'll fulfill your order from our China warehouse. This allows us to provide you with access to our full range of products, even if it means a slightly longer delivery time.
• For Australian (AU) & New Zealand (NZ) Customers:
  • All orders for Australia and New Zealand are shipped from our China warehouse.
